Our Financial Advisory Practice offers clients personalised advice on mergers & acquisitions, transactions, company valuations, performance improvement and restructuring. Is financial advisory and some of these topics your passion and area of expertise? Then we're the right company for you!

This is your opportunity to join the Restructuring Services (RS) Team within Financial Advisory, a market leader in Switzerland. We are supporting multinational and Swiss corporate clients, SMEs and Private Equity Firms in Switzerland and EMEA in creating value by driving operational and financial performance exiting markets, re-organising their footprint and realising cost savings.

What you can expect from us

• We offer you a varied, very client-facing and challenging role in a fast growing

• You actively support the further expansion of the RS Services team in 
  Switzerland and contribute to the sustainable growth of the business.
• You manage and control transformation, restructuring and turnaround projects 
  and work closely with our clients to support them throughout periods of 
  significant change.
• Based on your broad experience in working capital management, revenue, 
  margin and cost optimization, operational performance improvement, 
  restructuring and exit management you interact with senior managers and 
  stakeholders to drive change and issue resolution.
• You are also responsible for business development activities and specific key 
  account relationships with the aim to further grow the business in the Swiss 
  market.
• Our projects have a strong international flavour and offer you the chance to 
  work independently.
• As a member of our highly motivated, multicultural team in Zurich and 
  Geneva, you can expect new challenges every day and will have access to 
  state-of-the art tools, services and trainings.

Your qualifications

• You have an outstanding degree from a reputable university or technical 
  college or an MBA (preferably accounting, finance, economics, business, 
  operations research or another field with relevant further education) and are f
  fluent in English, German and/or French.
• You have at least five years' relevant experience at a top-tier management 
  consultancy, a restructuring specialist, a Big 4 and/or the industry dealing 
  relevant restructuring, performance improvement, transformation and 
  turnaround topics.
• You have solid project management skills and good knowledge in MS Office.
• You are client focussed, have the ability to communicate effectively and a 
  natural ease to establish strong working relationships with clients at all levels.
• You work independently, efficiently, are solution-oriented and have very good 
  analytical skills. 
• You are a true team-player: you enjoy being part of a high-performing team 
  with people from different backgrounds and fields.
• You are flexible with your schedule, happy to travel within Switzerland and 
  would be happy to work abroad for a limited period of time when required.
