Monster, JobUp, or JobTic are sites well known for being specialized in online recruitment.  

These interfaces enable candidates to deposit their CV, and so are recruiting clients to consult them. Within a few clicks, one can have access to hundreds of job offers publications. Research engines are geared to facilitate your queries with the possibility of selecting the positions either by category or by region. Unfolded menus substitute the empty fields, deleting the diversity of replies, in order to make keyword search even easier. As much the candidates as the recruiters just have to register in the reserved space and fill in a form, a kind of resume of the curriculum vitae forming keyword phrases for the candidate; this procedure allows recruiters to swiftly target the files following the required competencies for a position; as for the enterprise, the registration, which is usually charged, involves a description of the enterprise and of what it offers. This is what it traditionally entails; what is brand new from Jobtic lies precisely in this intersection. The candidate owns his/her personal interface and has the possibility to deposit two CVs, a recommendation letter; he/she can also manage his/her job applications, export all his/her appointments on his/her own Outlook agenda and/or blackberry as well as archive the received replies. The enterprises have the possibility of keeping themselves updated, thanks to this brand new procedure, with the flow of recruitment: from the broadcast of an advertisement to the outlook for statistics by going through the interview, the creation of files/reports and the direct delivery to enterprises.  Not only can the booked appointments be visualized on the Jobtic account of the enterprise, but they can also be exported on Outlook and/or Blackberry. Whatever platform it is, online recruitment remains an optimal means for job search and will carry on evolving throughout the years to come.  A common chart of confidentiality will probably be established in order to guarantee data security. All multimedia resources have not yet been exploited as far as the field of recruitment is concerned; what is the advantage about? There will be more and more diversity and competitiveness in order to be number one. Beware in this field, if you are not in the best top three, you will swiftly found yourself belonging to the past!
