Your challenge
We are currently looking for a Manager / Senior Manager to continue to grow our Audit & Assurance capabilities within the Geneva Technology Audit & Assurance team. As a team Leader you will have the opportunity to work with a number of prestigious organisations through our extensive network in the Financial Services industry and for Corporates.
As a Manager / Senior Manager, you will:
- Work with an outstanding client portfolio and client service team.
- Plan and organise IT internal audit, IT assurance, IT risk and control consulting, internal control and/or internal audit procedures.
- Review work performed by the teams.
- Perform Data analytics.
- Effectively serve client needs and develop strong advisory relationships with client personnel.
- Display teamwork, integrity and leadership.
- Utilize leading edge technology and data analytics toolsets to continually learn and deliver business insights to our clients.
- Provide value-added and relevant analyses of an organization's governance, risk management and internal control structure, performance, and efficiency.
Qualifications:
You have:
- Between 6 - 10 years of relevant work experience (IT audit / SOX controls testing).
- A University degree in a Computer Science or Information Systems.
- A relevant professional designation (e.g. CISA or CISSP).
In-depth knowledge of core technology domains (SAP and other ERP systems) and risks present in a modern IT organization. - Advanced knowledge of audit methodologies and developing key audit deliverables, including process flows, work programs, audit reports, and control summaries.
- Advanced knowledge of Third Party Assurance Reports (SOC1, ISAE3402, ISEA3000 etc.)
- Experience in Big 4 (mandatory)
- Fluency in French and English, German is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams, prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity.
- Strong commitment to professional client service excellence.
- An excellent interpersonal skills to interact in team environment and foster client relationships.
- An exceptional leadership, and team building skills
