- Good knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio
- Completed University Master degree preferably with a Business/IT major
- Fluent English and German; any other additional languages are advantageous
- Flexibility to travel

- Advisory and execution engagements regarding sourcing models for key business functions (build vs buy)
- Supporting our clients with their Business Process Outsourcing (RFI, RFP and health checks)
- Analyzing processes for automation and then configuring software robots
- Designing future operating models and preparing the rollout plan to execute transition and transformations
- Advising on governance models for global business services, service management and robotics
