As an experienced senior professional, you will have the opportunity to shape the team and develop innovative solutions. You will be expected to provide leadership to client accounts and projects, achieving successful collaborations using your functional and industry expertise. A critical aspect of your work is to provide practical and independent advice to Deloitte's clients through:

• Applying your in-depth Banking industry expertise and skills in corporate & 
  business unit strategy programmes to provide insights to our clients and 
  successfully deliver actionable results for complex projects 
• Providing leadership for client accounts, engagements or modules of large 
  projects, identifying / driving business development and sales activities 
• Building knowledgeable, effective teams and expanding the corporate & 
  business strategy knowledge base within the organization 
• Working with our global and local account teams to provide our clients with a 
  forward-looking perspective on the most important strategic topics and 
  innovative developments

• You will structure decision making and develop pragmatic recommendations, 
  drawing from in-depth industry and strategy consulting experience
• While focused on the Swiss market, our projects usually have an international 
  scope
• You will be part of a highly motivated, multicultural team, that thrives on 
  delivering with impact 

Your qualifications

• University degree from a reputable institution; MBA from a leading business 
  school or equivalent experience preferred 
• 10+ years of previous work experience at a strategy practice or in a strategic 
  management role in the Banking industry
• Exceptional track record of leading and delivering projects in Banking, 
  focusing on corporate & business strategy
• Strong network in the Swiss market and ability to build long-lasting customer 
  relationships combined with strong commercial acumen 
• Experience in managing / directing multiple engagement teams
• Team leader with an enthusiastic, positive, 'can do' attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with notable presence
• Passionate about doing an outstanding job for Clients
• Fluency in English and either German or French preferred
