• End-to-end responsibility for course /program administration
• Responsible for tracking and updating the internal learning databases
• Support the learning lead with creating reports for various stakeholders
• Advise internal stakeholders on learning requests
• Develop strong business relationships with internal stakeholders
• Create and update documentations /correspondence
• Deputy to the learning lead

• strong organisational and communication skills
• pro-active mind-set
• attention to detail
• profound knowledge and experience in working with MS Office tools (especially Excel)
• fluent in English and German.
• excellent communication skills
• able to cope with a pressured and varied workload; multi-tasking
