Our Audit team of an international client based in Zurich is looking for you!
Auditing is a highly complex process, and the importance of auditors as a vital link in the financial reporting chain has never been more important nor their role as trusted advisors more valued. As a Client Service Administrator, you will support our audit team of an international client of the industrial sector based in Zurich.

What you can expect from us
  • After receiving a focused and detailed introduction, you will work independently within an international, dynamic, professional and open audit team. 
  • You will be responsible for the performance appraisal process of team members.
  • You will prepare specialized reports and response to ad-hoc requests from the senior Partners or the audit managers.
  • You will be responsible for organising travel arrangements, managing various documents and provide administrative support for the audit team 
  • You will be responsible for attending relevant team meetings with clients, monitoring action lists, preparing PowerPoint presentations, detailed analyses or other client facing documents.
  • You will tracking department functions with maintaining tracking hours (weekly monitoring of budgeted hours and effective hours spent by functions and teams).
  • You will file and open mail, respond according to the team leaders request or redirect it to the relevant function or audit team member.
  • You will prepare and monitor billings and cash collections and chasing the client for unpaid invoices.
  • You will manage and maintain various databases in relation to the audit cycle of the Deloitte client. 

Your qualifications
  • You have a completed commercial apprenticeship in an economical sector (KV-Abschluss).
  • At least three years’ experience as an Assistant preferably within a banking or industry sector.
  • You have strong organisation skills and enjoy working methodically with great attention to detail and you are able to multi-task.
  • You are reliable, willing to take on responsibility in a fast-paced environment and happy to work independently. 
  • You have excellent social skills and enjoy working with different people from various fields.
  • You work well as a team player and demonstrate willingness to share knowledge, to advance knowledge and skills of others.
  • You have excellent knowledge of the computer programmes; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • You communicate fluent in German and English (written and verbal). French would be an advantage.
