The Talent and Culture Senior Communication Specialist will manage the Talent brand for Deloitte in Switzerland. You will act as the firm’s talent communication expert, advising internal clients on best practices, helping shape content that will be published internally and externally, and suggesting innovative solutions to the way we communicate.

You will work closely with the Head of Talent Strategy & Culture, HR, Communications, Brand & Marketing and other senior stakeholders to create and promote a unique talent culture within Deloitte Switzerland.

Your responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute internal and external talent communication strategies and corporate campaigns to increase the impact of Deloitte's talent brand 
  • Implement innovative communication and change management strategies to gain adoption for new Talent and HR initiatives within our organisation
  • Design, write, edit and proofread a wide variety of communications materials, including the Talent Impact newsletter, web articles, blog posts, social media content, talent press releases etc. 
  • Update and publish content in a timely manner on the various channels
  • Work closely with the talent partners in the business, sharing content and best practices and develop their talent brand
  • Promote talent campaigns externally through employee branding initiatives and media engagement
  • Build and maintain partnerships with local, EMEA and global teams
  • Meeting deadlines, prioritizing large workloads, maintaining a strong attention to detail, and working independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Measure and evaluate ongoing effectiveness of all internal communications and channels
  • Embed talent initiatives /messaging in corporate and employer branding on-going campaigns
Your qualifications 

  • Three to six years’ experience in communications. Professional services communications/marketing or PR agency experience preferred. 
  • Native in English. Fluent in German. French a plus
  • Significant internal and external communications campaign management experience – evidence of developing and implementing strategic communication plans across multiple channels
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders simultaneously within a variety of business areas
  • Passionate content writer with excellent copywriting, editing and proof reading skills in English
  • Commercial awareness – solid understanding of business landscape for Deloitte and wider economy, with a grasp of the role internal communications can play in supporting business objectives
  • Digital native 
  • Positive, hard-working and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of dealing with challenging and potentially conflicting agendas
  • Good know-how of and established network among Swiss media
  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in communications
